Description

The ZL40510/14 is a high performance laser driver designed to drive two separate cathode grounded laser diodes. It features a low-noise read channel with a 100x current gain and three write channels with a 240x gain. An on-chip RF oscillator helps reduce laser mode hopping noise. The ZL40510 offers higher tolerance performance compared to the ZL40122DCB1. It is ideal for applications such as DVD/CD laser, DVD±RW/RAM, CD-RW, CD-R, and write optical drives.
