The µPD6P8MC-5A4 is a microcontroller designed for infrared remote control transmitters. It is equipped with a one-time programmable memory for program storage. This feature allows users to write and evaluate programs for the microcontroller, making it ideal for program evaluation and small-scale production of application systems that utilize the µPD67A, 67B, 68A, 68B microcontrollers.Specifications and features
