Description
The R1161D311B-TR-FA is an IC chip belonging to the R1160x series. The CMOS-based voltage regulator IC has high output voltage accuracy, low supply current, and low ON-resistance. With a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, resistors for setting Output Voltage, a current limit circuit, and a chip enable circuit, it operates with low dropout voltage and a chip enable function. The chip includes a current limit circuit to prevent destruction by over current. The IC has three modes, including standby mode, Fast Transient (FT) mode, and Low Power (LP) mode, with the consumption current being reduced to 1/10 at Low Power Mode compared to Fast Transient Mode.
