W9864G2IH-7 is a high-speed synchronous dynamic random access memory (SDRAM), organized as 1M words × 4 banks × 16 bits. It utilizes a pipelined architecture and 0.175 µm process technology to achieve a data bandwidth of up to 286M bytes per second (-7). The accesses to the SDRAM are burst oriented, allowing consecutive memory locations within a page to be accessed at various burst lengths, including 1, 2, 4, 8, or full page. By utilizing a programmable Mode Register, the system can customize burst length, latency cycle, interleave, or sequential burst to optimize performance. With its features and capabilities, W9864G2IH-7 is an ideal choice for main memory in high-performance applications.
