Description
CP Clare’s UBT32A03L02 is a high-speed transient surge protector designed to provide ultimate protection from high energy, fast-rising transients such as Nuclear EMP. It is constructed using a proprietary semiconductor junction process, resulting in nanosecond response times and peak current ratings exceeding 20kA. This device offers the unique benefit of virtually independent breakdown voltage in relation to the rise time of the transient. Additionally, its low capacitance allows for direct placement on high-frequency lines and antenna feeds without excessive loading.
