The VG36641641DT-TL is a high-speed synchronous dynamic random-access memory (SDRAM) with a capacity of 67,108,864 bits. It is available in three different configurations: 4,194,304 x 4 x 4, 2,097,152 x 8 x 4, and 1,048,576 x 16 x 4 (word x bit x bank). The SDRAM utilizes a pipeline architecture to achieve high-speed data transfer, and all inputs and outputs are synchronized with the positive edge of the clock. It is compatible with Low Voltage TTL (LVTTL) and is packaged in a 54-pin TSOPII.
