    The HMC347LP3ETR is a broadband high isolation non-reflective GaAs MESFET SPDT switch that covers DC to 14 GHz. This switch offers high isolation and low insertion loss with >50 dB isolation up to 3 GHz and >40 dB isolation up to 13 GHz. It operates using complementary negative control voltage logic lines of -5/0V and requires no bias supply. The HMC347LP3ETR is an alternative to the HMC132C8 SPDT and is packaged in a 3x3 mm QFN SMT package.
