The UPD16361P is a high-voltage CMOS driver designed for EL display. It features a 4x40/8x20-bit data latch, 160-bits data latch, 160-bit level shifter, and a high-voltage CMOS driver. The logic circuit operates on a 5V power supply, making it compatible with micro-controllers. The driver block consists of a 60V, 25mA MAX high-voltage output buffer. Both the logic block and driver block use CMOS technology, ensuring low power consumption.
