Description
TS87C58X2-MCE is a high-performance CMOS microcontroller designed for various electronic applications. It is a part of the TS80C54/58X2 series, which is a family of single-chip 8-bit microcontrollers. This model offers extended ROM/EPROM capacity of 16/32Kbytes, 256 bytes of internal RAM, a 6-source, 4-level interrupt system, an on-chip oscillator, and three timer/counters.
