The AAT1168B1 is a high efficiency step-down DC-DC converter designed for a wide input voltage range. It is specifically suitable for 2-cell Li+ battery powered devices and mid power range regulated 12V powered applications. With its 800kHz switching frequency and integrated high-side power switch, this converter can deliver up to 3A load current.
