Description
The M74HC4538B1 is a high speed CMOS monostable multivibrator with a negative A and positive B edge triggered input. It also includes an inhibit input and a clear input that resets the one shot. This monostable multivibrator is retriggerable, allowing for repeated triggering while generating a pulse. It achieves pulse width stability over a wide range of temperature and supply using linear CMOS techniques.

- Wide operating voltage range: VCC (opr) = 2 to 6 V
