    The 93S46DMQB is a 1K bit serial Electrically Erasable Programmable Memory (EEPROM) product. It belongs to a range of EEPROM products which include 2K and 4K bits (respectively for M93S56, M93S66, M93S46), which are collectively referred to as M93Sx6. The 93S46DMQB supports an industry-standard MICROWIRE bus and has a single supply voltage of 4.5 to 5.5V. It has a self-timed programming cycle with auto-erase and a user-defined write-protected area. The device also has a page write mode, ready/busy signal, and enhanced ESD/latch-up behavior. The 93S46DMQB has more than 1 million erase/write cycles and more than 40 years of data retention.
