Description
This is an LED four-character display module that has a display of 5 x 7. It can be easily viewed in sunlight. The module comprises on-board CMOS integrated circuits that are low power. Two CMOS ICs have formed an on-board 28-bit serial-in/parallel-out shift register, which has constant current output LED row drivers. For every refresh cycle, decoded column data is clocked into the on-board shift register. A complete character display is achieved externally through column strobing.
