Description
The ULN2003AP is a 7-channel darlington sink driver, which is a high-voltage and high-current transistor array. It consists of seven NPN darlington pairs and is commonly used in applications such as relay, hammer, lamp, and display (LED) drivers. The ULN2003AP features integral clamp diodes for switching inductive loads.
