The GMS81C5108 is an advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 8K bytes of ROM. The device is one of the GMS800 family and provides a high flexibility and cost-effective solution to many LCD applications. It has 192 bytes of RAM, 37 nibbles of Display RAM, and an 8/16-bit timer/counter. The GMS81C5108 also supports power-saving modes to reduce power consumption.

- 6-bit Buzzer Driving port: 500Hz ~ 250kHz (@4MHz)
- 4-channel 8-bit On-chip A/D Converter
- Power Saving Mode: STOP, SLEEP, Sub Active mode
- LCD display/controller (LCDC): Static Mode (37Seg × 1Com, 1/3 Bias), 1/2 Duty Mode (36Seg × 2Com, 1/3 Bias), 1/3 Duty Mode (35Seg × 3Com, 1/3 Bias), 1/4 Duty Mode (34Seg × 4Com, 1/3 Bias)
