The GMS81C5108 is an advanced CMOS 8-bit microcontroller with 8K bytes of ROM. The device is one of the GMS800 family and provides a high flexibility and cost-effective solution to many LCD applications. It has 192 bytes of RAM, 37 nibbles of Display RAM, and an 8/16-bit timer/counter. The GMS81C5108 also supports power-saving modes to reduce power consumption.
