Description
The BTS550P is a power distribution switch belonging to the Smart SIPMOS family of electronic components. It is an N-channel vertical power FET designed with charge pump, current-controlled input and diagnostic feedback with load current sense functionalities. This electronic component provides embedded protective functions to prevent overload, overvoltage, overtemperature, and short circuits.
