Description
The DS1501YE+ is a real-time clock (RTC) component belonging to the DS1501/DS1511 series, which are full-feature RTCs with a year 2000-compliant design. It features an RTC alarm, watchdog timer, power-on reset, battery monitors, 256 bytes NV SRAM, and a 32.768kHz output. In addition, this component's registers contain century, year, month, date, day, hours, minutes, and seconds data in 24-hour binary-coded decimal (BCD) format, with an automatic correction feature for the day of the month and leap year. The user can access all registers within the DS1501/DS1511 through a byte-wide interface.
