Description

The SC2441ATETR is a programmable frequency dual independent or dual/multiple phase single output peak current-mode step-down switching regulator controller. It can operate from an input voltage range of 1.8V to 20V. It features a 0.6A step-up converter that generates an auxiliary gate drive supply when the input voltage is below 4.5V. This makes it suitable for applications where a low-voltage input is to be stepped down for lower voltage logic but the input is too low to efficiently drive power MOSFETs.
