The LT1963AEQ-3.3#PBF is a Linear Voltage Regulator belonging to the LT1963A series, optimized for fast transient response. It is capable of supplying 1.5A of output current with a dropout voltage of 340mV. Its operating quiescent current is 1mA, dropping to less than 1μA in shutdown. This regulator's quiescent current is well controlled, and unlike many others, it does not rise in dropout. The LT1963AEQ-3.3#PBF boasts very low output noise, which makes it particularly suitable for sensitive RF supply applications.
