Description
The BM1117-5.0V is an electronic component model in the IC Chips category. It is a voltage regulator designed to provide a 1A output current and can operate down to a 1V input-to-output differential. The dropout voltage of the device is guaranteed to be maximum 1.3V at maximum output current, decreasing at lower load currents. It has on-chip trimming to adjust the reference voltage to within 1% accuracy.
