The SM5009DNES is a crystal oscillator module IC that is designed to reduce crystal current and achieve stable and reliable oscillation. It is ideal for SMD type crystal oscillators using strip-shaped crystal blanks. The SM5009DNES operates in a frequency range of up to 40MHz and has a low crystal current oscillator. It has a wide operating voltage range of 2.7V to 3.6V for 3V operation and 4.5V to 5.5V for 5V operation. With its built-in oscillation capacitors and inverter amplifier feedback resistor, the SM5009DNES offers excellent frequency response and stability. It also features a standby function, low standby current, and output drive capability.Specifications and Features
