    The PCD3755AT is a member of the PCD33xxA family of microcontrollers in the IC chips product category. This device is an 8-bit CPU, ROM, RAM, EEPROM, and I/O module in a single 28-lead or 32-lead package. The device comes with 8 kbytes of user-programmable ROM, 128 bytes of RAM, and 128 bytes Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM). It features over 100 instructions (based on MAB8048) all of 1 or 2 cycles. Additionally, it comes with 20 quasi-bidirectional I/O port lines, a programmable Timer/event counter 1, a reloadable Timer 2, and three single-level vectored interrupts. The device is manufactured in silicon gate CMOS process, with an operating temperature ranging from -25 to +70 °C.
