Description
The ZXLD1350ET5TA by Unisonic is a step-down converter that is suited for several lighting applications. It is designed for driving single or multiple series connected LEDs with maximum output power of up to 8 watts. This device offers a 350mA output current, internal 30V NDMOS switch, and can be controlled with a single pin on/off and brightness control. Other features of the device include PWM filter, soft-start, high efficiency up to 95%, wide input voltage range of 7V to 30V, and 40V transient capability. The device also has inherent open-circuit LED protection with typical 4% output current accuracy.
