Description
The U635H64BDC45 is a high-performance CMOS nonvolatile static RAM that operates in two separate modes: SRAM mode and nonvolatile mode. In SRAM mode, it functions as an ordinary static RAM. In nonvolatile operation, data can be transferred in parallel between SRAM and EEPROM. This mode disables the SRAM functions.

- 105 STORE cycles to EEPROM
- 10 years data retention in EEPROM
- Automatic RECALL on power up
- Software RECALL initiation with a cycle time of less than 20 µs
- Unlimited RECALL cycles from EEPROM
- Single 5V ± 10% operation
- Operating temperature ranges: 0 to 70 °C and -40 to 85 °C
- Meets CECC 90000 Quality Standard
- ESD characterization according to MIL STD 883C M3015.7-HB (classification see IC Code Numbers)
