Description
This is a P-Channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor, model NDS9933. It is produced using Fairchild's proprietary DMOS technology, which ensures high cell density. This technology minimizes on-state resistance and provides superior switching performance. The NDS9933 is particularly suitable for low voltage applications like DC motor control and DC/DC conversion due to its fast switching capability, low in-line power loss, and resistance to transients.
