Description
The UCC37323P is a high-speed, dual MOSFET driver with a peak output current of ±9A for driving high-side and low-side MOSFETs or IGBTs in a half-bridge configuration. It is designed to provide efficient and high-performance switching of power semiconductors in applications such as motor drive, switching power supplies, and power inverters.
