Electronic Component Model: ADUC7028BBCZ62 is a microcontroller designed for various applications. It features high precision ADCs with dual-channel, simultaneous sampling, and 16-bit Σ∆ ADCs. The ADC throughput is programmable, ranging from 1 Hz to 8 kHz. It also includes a 5ppm/°C voltage reference and a current channel with programmable gain. The ADC input range is -200 mV to +300 mV. Additionally, it has digital comparators with a current accumulator feature, a voltage channel with a buffered, on-chip attenuator for 12V battery inputs, and a temperature channel with external and on-chip temperature sensor options. The microcontroller in ADUC7028BBCZ62 is based on the ARM7TDMI core with a 16-/32-bit RISC architecture and a 20.48 MHz PLL with programmable divider. It has on-chip precision oscillator, low-power oscillator, and supports code download and debug through the JTAG port. The memory includes 32 kbytes Flash/EE memory and 4 kbytes SRAM (ADuC7030) or 96 kbytes Flash/EE memory and 6 kbytes SRAM (ADuC7033). It also has LIN 2.0 (slave) compatible support via UART, wake-up I/O pin, master/slave SPI serial I/O, GPIO port, and general-purpose timers. The power supply operates directly from a 12 V battery supply with a low current consumption of 10 mA in normal mode at 10 MHz. It is available in a 48 pin LFCSP 7X7 mm or 48 pin LQFP 7X7 mm body package, and it is fully specified for -40°C to +115°C operation.
