    The MAX999EUK+T is a linear comparator that belongs to the MAX961-MAX964/MAX997/MAX999 series of low-power, ultra-high-speed comparators with internal hysteresis. It is optimized for single +3V or +5V operation and is designed with an extended input common-mode range of 100mV Beyond-the-Rails™. The comparator has TTL/CMOS-compatible outputs that can sink or source 4mA to within 0.52V of GND and VCC. It has an ultra-fast propagation delay of 4.5ns (5mV overdrive) and a supply current of 5mA.

    Application Scenarios

    The MAX999EUK+T is widely used in applications that require ultra-high-speed comparators with internal hysteresis. Its low power consumption and extended input common-mode range make it ideal for single 3V/5V systems and portable/battery-powered systems. Additionally, its fast propagation delay makes it suitable for high-speed sampling circuits, while its output latch feature makes it ideal for threshold detectors/discriminators and zero-crossing detectors. It can also be used in GPS receivers and line receivers.
