The BL8552CB3TR30 is a high-density, low-cost, nonvolatile flash memory with SmartVoltage technology. It is designed for a wide range of applications and operates at VCC = 2.7 V and VPP = 2.7 V. The low voltage operation capability of this flash memory ensures longer battery life and makes it suitable for cellular phone applications.
