Electronic Component Model: MJF127G
The MJF127G is a complementary power Darlington transistor designed for general-purpose amplifiers and switching applications. It is specifically designed for isolated package applications where the mounting surface of the device needs to be electrically isolated from the heatsink or chassis. The MJF127G is electrically similar to the popular TIP122 and TIP127 transistors and offers a range of features including a 100 VCEO(sus), 5.0 A rated collector current, no isolating washers required, reduced system cost, and high DC current gain of -2000 (Min) at IC=3 Adc. It is UL recognized with a file number of E69369 and offers 3500 VRMS isolation. Pb-Free packages are also available.
