SC73C1202A-003 is a 4-bit CMOS single-chip micro-controller for infrared remote control transmitters (IRCTs). It is designed by Silan and can be implemented in various IRCT circuits through mask option. With its wide operating voltage range of 1.8~4.0V and low static power consumption of less than 1mA, it offers efficient performance for remote control applications.
