The SPX1129M3-3.3 is a low power voltage regulator that is designed for battery-powered applications such as cordless telephones, radio control systems, and portable computers. It features a very low quiescent current and a dropout voltage of 0.42 volts. With a tight initial tolerance of ±1% max and a low output temperature coefficient, the SPX1129M3-3.3 can also be used as a low power voltage reference.
