Description
The KF30BDT is a very low drop regulator from the KF00 series. It is available in a compact SO-8 package and offers a wide range of output voltages. With a drop voltage of only 0.4V and a low quiescent current, it is perfect for low noise and low power applications, especially in battery-powered systems. The KF30BDT also features a shutdown logic control function, allowing for decreased power consumption when the device is used as a local regulator. It requires only a 2.2 µF capacitor for stability, saving space and cost.
