This model utilizes ANADIGICS' exclusive InGaP-Plus™ technology, combining HBT and pHEMT devices on the same die to provide state-of-the-art reliability, temperature stability, and ruggedness. It is a part of ANADIGICS' High-Efficiency-at-Low-Power (HELP™) family of CDMA power amplifiers, delivering low quiescent currents and significantly greater efficiency without the need for a costly external DAC or DC-DC converter.

- CDMA 1XRTT, 1xEV-DO Compliant
- RoHS-Compliant Package, 250 oC MSL-3
