Description
The STL8100GCH438 is a 1550 nm Laser in Coaxial Package with SM-Pigtail, Low Power. It is specifically designed for application in fiber-optic networks. The laser diode features a Multi-Quantum Well structure and is suitable for bit rates up to 1 Gbit/s. The rear mirror of the laser diode includes a ternary photodiode for monitoring and control of radiant power. The component is hermetically sealed and has a similar design to the TO 18 package. Additionally, it comes with an SM Pigtail and optional flange.
