Description
Electronic Component Model: 74ALS125MX is a buffer/driver/transceiver used in electronic circuits. It contains four independent gates, each of which performs a non-inverting buffer function. The outputs have the 3-STATE feature, which maintains the buffer outputs in a high impedance state during power supply ramp-up or rampdown. This eliminates bus glitching problems during power-up and power-down. The disable time of the outputs is shorter than the enable time to minimize the possibility of two outputs trying to take a common bus in opposite logic levels.
