It provides high-performance functionalities and can handle up to 66 million instructions per second, delivering high CPU performance combined with enhanced I/O capabilities and optimized peripherals which can be adapted to the application's requirements in a flexible way. With various on-chip memory modules such as program Flash, program RAM, and data RAM, it offers 16 Mbytes total linear address space for code and data.
