Description
The 22-02-3113 is an FFC/FPC connector in the SEARAY category, designed for high-pin count modules installed on module or mezzanine printed circuit boards. The SEARAY board-to-board connector boasts superior electrical and mechanical features that are competitive in terms of cost especially with respect to similar BGA connector products. The SEARAY board-to-board connector covers circuit sizes of 160 positions through 500 positions and stack heights of 7mm (.276") to 13mm (.512").
Specifications and features
The 22-02-3113 FFC/FPC connector has an array of features integral to its purpose, including a unique patented solder attach method that is more cost-effective and reliable than BGA connectors. The SEARAY design and shape is conformant with other 1.27mm (.050") by 1.27mm (.050") products, with robust guidance and polarization to align connectors to mate in the correct position. It has an advanced gold-plated housing with an integrated shielding system. Each signal has two points of contact, and multiple stack heights ranging from 10mm to 25mm (.394 to .984") are available. Mated stack heights of up to 32mm can be achieved, and it is ideal for use in Mezzanine cards, parallel backplanes, and bridge board applications. End walls make blind mating easy, and the connector is surface-mount compatible.
