Description
The AN7805T is an electronic component model in the IC Chips product category. It is a positive regulator that offers self-contained, fixed-voltage capability with up to 1.5A of load current and an input voltage range of up to 50V (SG7800A series only). The AN7805T features a unique on-chip trimming system to set output voltages within ±1.5% of nominal on the SG7800A series and ±2.0% on the SG7800 series. It also offers improved line and load regulation characteristics. With an improved Bandgap reference design, the AN7805T eliminates common problems associated with Zener diode references, such as output voltage drift and large changes in line and load regulation.
