The Electronic Component Model:29302T5 is a 3A, highly accurate voltage regulator specifically designed for low voltage applications that require a low dropout voltage and a fast transient response. It has a low dropout voltage of 450mV @ 3A, ensuring efficient power delivery. The regulator is fully fault protected against over-current, reverse battery, and positive and negative voltage transients, providing reliable operation. The On-Chip trimming feature allows for adjustment of the reference voltage to 1% initial accuracy. The 5 pin versions of the regulator include additional features such as Enable and Error Flag signals.
