  • Description

    The LT1085CM-3.3#PBF is a linear voltage regulator from the LT1083 series, offering adjustable positive output voltage up to 3A, 5A and 7.5A with higher efficiency than other available devices. It is efficient at a low input to output differential, operating at a 1V dropout voltage fully specified as a function of load current. The maximum dropout voltage is 1.5V at maximum output current which decreases at lower loads. Its internal circuitry includes trimming method to adjust the output voltage and minimizing stress under overload conditions.
