● Latch pulse width modulation, pulse-by-pulse current limit detection

● Independent upper limit current detection controller, real-time handling of the controllers overcurrent and overload
● The off-cycle emitter bias output improves the withstand voltage of the power tube
● Built-in temperature-compensated current limiting resistor, precise current limiting
● Built-in thermal protection circuit
● Use the amplifying effect of the switch power tube to complete the start, reducing the power consumption of the starting resistance
