The NOIL2SM1300A-GDC is an integrated CMOS image sensor designed for high-speed machine vision and industrial monitoring applications. It features a resolution of 1280 x 1024 pixels and a frame rate of 500 fps. The sensor supports both monochrome and color digital output and has on-chip 10-bit ADCs for accurate image capture. With a 1.4” optical format, the NOIL2SM1300A-GDC offers high sensitivity and precise imaging capabilities. It also includes features such as pipelined and triggered global shutter, on-chip column FPN correction, and a serial peripheral interface (SPI) for easy system integration. The sensor operates in a temperature range of -50°C to +85°C and comes in a compact 168-pin μPGA package. These devices are Pb−Free and RoHS compliant.
