  • Description

    The XRT5997IVTR-F is a seven-channel analog E1 line interface IC, designed using low power 3.3V CMOS technology. This IC includes seven independent E1 (CEPT) line interface units, each with a transmitter and receiver function. The transmitter outputs data to the line via bipolar pulses that comply with the ITU-T G.703 pulse template for E1, while the receiver accepts the attenuated bipolar line signal and outputs this data to the terminal equipment. The XRT5997IVTR-F has several features such as on-chip pulse shaping for both 75Ω and 120Ω line drivers, the ability to receive transformer or capacitive-coupled lines, and the detection and clearance of loss of signal (LOS) per ITU-T G.775. Additionally, it complies with ITU G. 703 EOS over-voltage protection requirements and ITU-T G.823 jitter tolerance requirements.
