The SPX29501T5-5.0 is a 5A highly accurate voltage regulator with a low dropout voltage of 370mV @ 5A. It is specifically designed for low voltage applications that require a low dropout voltage and a fast transient response. This voltage regulator is fully fault protected against over-current, reverse battery, and positive and negative voltage transients. On-Chip trimming allows for adjustments to the reference voltage to achieve 1% initial accuracy. Additional features in the 5 pin version include Enable and Error Flag.
