Description
The LCA110LS is a 1-Form-A solid-state relay that utilizes optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750V of input to output isolation. It features Clare's patented OptoMOS architecture, with efficient MOSFET switches and a photovoltaic die. The relay's optically-coupled input is controlled by a highly efficient GaAIAs infrared LED. With its superior reliability and compact design, the LCA110LS can replace mechanical relays and offer faster, bounce-free switching.
