The µPD750004GB-E33-3BS-MTX is a 4-bit single-chip microcontroller from the 75XL series of electronic components. It provides data processing capability equal to that of an 8-bit microcontroller. With an enhanced CPU function, it enables high-speed operation at a low voltage of 2.2V. This model can be substituted for the µPD75008 and is particularly suitable for battery-powered applications. Additionally, the µPD750004GB-E33-3BS-MTX has a higher reliability compared to the µPD750008. It also offers a built-in one-time PROM product, µPD75P0016, which is suitable for small-scale production and evaluation of application systems.

- 0.67 µs, 1.33 µs, 2.67 µs, 10.7 µs (when operating at 6.0 MHz)
- 122 µs (when operating at 32.768 kHz)
- Enhanced timer function (4 channels)
- Can be easily substituted for the µPD75008
