Description
The DS1211SN+TR is a Nonvolatile Controller x 8 Chip designed specifically for converting CMOS RAMs into nonvolatile memories. It solves the problem of power interruption by monitoring incoming power for out-of-tolerance conditions. When such a condition is detected, the chip enables write protection and switches on the battery to provide uninterrupted power to the RAMs. With its low-leakage CMOS process, the DS1211SN+TR offers precise voltage detection at extremely low battery consumption.
