Description
The HMC129G8 is a double-balanced mixer designed for RF applications. It can perform as an upconverter or downconverter in the frequency range of 4 to 8 GHz. This miniature chip allows for easy integration into hybrid MICs without external baluns or DC bias, offering consistent IC performance. It can operate over a wide LO drive input of +9 to +15 dBm, making it ideal for applications where small size and no DC bias are required.
