Description
Electronic Component Model: F018-50-F19A-CS is an analog peripherals IC chip with a high-speed 8051 µC core. It has a 10-bit ADC with programmable throughput up to 100 ksps. The chip also features two comparators with 16 programmable hysteresis values. It has an internal voltage reference and a VDD monitor/brown-out detector. The chip supports on-chip JTAG debug and boundary scan, making it easy to debug and inspect/modify memory and registers. It operates at a supply voltage of 2.8 to 3.6 V and has multiple power saving sleep and shutdown modes. The temperature range for this chip is -40 to +85 °C. It has a 64-pin TQFP package.
